Add this comic, posted on Four Color Shadows, onto the ever growing pile of comic book heroes with interesting names. The "Reckoner" is in reality a cab driver who fights criminals in formal evening attire, including top hat. He has no super powers, however, just a tendency to overdress for the occasion.
