Dr. Miracle: Master of Magic

An Asian wizard loses his estate in Burma to the Japanese, so his emergency plan is to come to the U.S., create some zombie servants from the dead, and rob banks to regain his wealth.  Thankfully, Dr. Miracle: Master of Magic, discovers the scheme (after the wizard boasts about it), and saves the day in an epic Good vs. Evil battle of magic.  Posted on Four Color Shadows.
