Captain Battle

I do not remember posting a Captain Battle before, so here is one from Four Color Shadows.  He is a World War I veteran and scientific genius athlete who invented all these gadgets that make him a superhero.  Captain America meets Batman.  His ruthless enemy, The Black Dragon (a name I have also seen used for a Japanese spy ring in a Republic serial) apparently has an army of mutated bird-men.
