I posted this short back in 2010, when one source titled it the The Weirdest Cartoon Ever! Animation was still relatively new in 1930, and there was a lot of experimentation, resulting in some very weird cartoons, even by today's standards. I have to agree this one ranks very high on the weird-o-meter, and it seemed appropriate for the weeks leading up to Halloween. From YouTube, here is Swing You Sinners
