Over at
Pappy's Golden Age Comics Blogzine, Pappy combines comics and swing with this post of an issue of
The Kilroys. In this story, Mr. K expresses his frustration over his daughter's fascination with the nonsensical music of the modern age (1947!), stuff like "Cement Mixer, Putti, Putti" by Slim Gaillard. It has some fun swing reference details like a poster for "Gene Trupa."
