Who knew Captain America had a female counterpart? I certainly did not until I saw Pappy's Golden Age Comics post about Miss America. I can imagine that beauty pagent schedule: 1) talent competition; 2) evening gown competition; 3) Axis fighting; 4) swimsuit competition; etc.

There She Is, Miss America - Fighting Nazis?
