There are several opportunities to get your Lindy on this weekend. The usual Red Hot Lindy Hop lesson and session continues at the Rumba Room this Friday night with live music from Candace Mache and the Swing and Sway. Band starts at 7:30 p.m. with a $7 cover. Lesson by Pip and Ruth, with band breaks music by DJ Ruth.

On Saturday, join the Side Street Steppers and the Roy Brewer Trio at the Center for Southern Folklore at 8:00 p.m. Admission $15.
Finally, there is another dance at Avenue Coffee starting at 7:00 p.m. with a $10 admission.
The University of Memphis RHLH chapter hosts a free beginner swing dance lesson every Monday (except school holidays) in Room 254 of the Roane Field House. Beginner lesson from 7:00-8:00 p.m., and social dancing and practice until 9:30. More information here.
