In this Dave Fleischer short from 1936, Betty Boop and her dog, Pudgy, come to the rescue of an ill feline that gorged itself on candy. While picking up the "medicine" (catnip), Pudgy is a little careless with the contents, and the subsequent appreciation of the local cat community is obvious.
